Oxton Science Journal operates on an author-friendly copyright model: authors retain the copyright of their published work, with no transfer of rights to the publisher.

License to Publish

By submitting, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, preserve and distribute the article. Because publication is under CC BY 4.0, readers and third parties may reuse the article with proper attribution. Authors warrant that the work is original, that they hold the necessary rights and that publication does not infringe any third-party rights.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce any copyrighted material (figures, tables, long quotations) from other sources, and for citing it appropriately. Evidence of permission may be requested.

Author Reuse Rights

Authors may reuse their own published article freely — in theses, teaching, presentations, derivative works and repositories — provided the original publication in Oxton Science Journal is cited. The published version may be deposited in any repository immediately, without embargo.

Attribution

Any reuse must cite the original article, including authors, title, journal, year, volume/number, e-location and DOI.
