Authors should prepare their submission based on the structure below, producing the two mandatory files described in the Instructions for Authors: an identified manuscript and an anonymized manuscript.

Title Page (identified file only)

• Full title (in the manuscript language and in English) and short title (running head);
• Authors in order, with affiliations and ORCID iDs;
• Corresponding author with e-mail;
• Acknowledgements; funding; conflicts of interest; author contributions (CRediT); ethics approval and protocol number; informed consent; data availability; AI-use statement.

Manuscript Body (both files)

1. Title (and English title);
2. Abstract — up to 300 words (structured for original articles: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion);
3. Keywords — 3 to 6, separated by semicolons;
4. Introduction — rationale and objective/hypothesis;
5. Methods — design, participants, instruments, procedures, statistical analysis, ethics approval;
6. Results — findings, with tables and figures cited in order;
7. Discussion — interpretation, comparison with the literature, limitations;
8. Conclusion — main message and implications;
9. References — in ABNT or APA 7, consistently applied, with DOIs.

Anonymization Checklist (anonymized file)

• Remove author names, affiliations and e-mails from the text and headers/footers;
• Replace identifying acknowledgements and funding details with neutral wording;
• Mask self-citations that reveal authorship (cite as "Author, year");
• Clear document metadata (author/company fields) in your word processor;
• Ensure figure/file names contain no author information.

Formatting

A4, 2.5 cm margins, 12-pt font, 1.5 line spacing, continuous line numbering and numbered pages. Accepted file formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF, ODT, RTF.
